My journey along the path to becoming a coach was a happy accident. I was blessed with a sixth sense for business, sales and situational analysis. I am the rare business coach who has actually done it before, in the trenches. I didn’t learn what I know from a certification program, but rather through my personal experience of founding and running multiple businesses.
Most pointedly, I founded Three Pillars Recruiting, growing it to over 40 employees from scratch, exiting in 2019. This experience was multifaceted and involved dealing with people, goals, sales, training, and of course, coaching our team to excel. I continue to use those skills every day at Bigger Cup.
